Below you will find the new features that will be implemented in the next mytem360 release scheduled for Tuesday 09/30/2025.
1. Update and reorganization of line types:
Line access types have been updated to align with current market offers and directly connect to mytem360 product groups, with dynamic updates now in place.

The import template for inventory has also been updated to adapt to this new feature.

For better tracking, the access type field is added in the inventory management table.
2. Identification of invoices with at least one unassigned product:
In the invoice list module, mytem360 now allows easy identification of invoices with at least one unassigned product. Invoices for which the full costs have not yet been reported in the financial universe of the platform (dashboard, reports, etc.).
Generally, an invoice does not remain in this state for more than one business day.

3. Ability to share custom view profiles:
The field library has been enriched and now allows you to share your custom view profiles with all users under the same root.

4. Added features in manual vendor invoice creation:
mytem360 adds the ability to enter product quantities with decimals.

5. Added filters:
In the "Inventory Management" module, two new filters "Record with ongoing order" and "Record with ongoing after-sales service" allow displaying orders placed and after-sales entries that are still being processed (not closed).
In the "Invoice list" module, the "Providers" filter now allows filtering multiple operators.

6. Simplification of manual vendor rate entries:
Still aiming to gain efficiency and avoid redundant entries, manual entry of vendor rates has been redesigned (bulk entry, better management of rate periods, etc.).

7. Display of organization level labels in the line list module:
Previously in this module, organization levels were displayed with generic labels ("Level 1", "Level 2", etc.). Starting September 30, your organizations' customized labels will be displayed.
8. Update of Orange and SFR APIs
Enrichment of order payloads with operators by including the employee's email in several user cases.
9. Performance, quality, and technical improvements
Performance optimization, data quality improvement, and maintaining an up-to-date technology base with the mytem migration to Angular 19 and optimization of the api-public context.
10. Redesign of the navigation menu and various improvements to the Home module
With the goal of continuously modernizing mytem360, several improvements have been made to the Home module as well as the navigation menu.
