Below you will find the new features that will be implemented in the next mytem360 release scheduled for Tuesday 03/31/2026.
1. Addition of a new module: Trends
This new module is a cost analysis tool that allows visualization of expense trends:
- by customizable organizational scope
- by dimension of analysis (segment, product group type, product group category, product group)
- over a rolling period (up to 24 months or 8 quarters).
It offers a dynamic table with configurable columns, graphical visualizations (pie chart and bar chart), advanced filtering by period and organization, as well as a detailed sheet to explore the underlying billing lines.

2. Evolution of the site import matrix:
The site import matrix is evolving with the addition of 2 new columns:
- "MANAGEMENT GROUPS" which allows direct assignment of sites to one or more management groups
- "SIRET" exclusively on the mytem360 EU version

3. Addition of Provider and Reseller information in the body of order emails:
The Provider and Reseller associated with the order are now displayed directly in the body of order emails.
This change:
- applies to all emails in the order workflow (emails sent after each workflow action triggering a change in order status).
- applies to all order email formats in French, English and Spanish.
This improvement allows quick identification of this information without accessing the purchase order or the application.
4. Modification of global search fields
The global search function in mytem360 tables has been updated to modernize the interface.
The search bar, which previously occupied the full width of the screen, is now replaced by a "Search" button in the form of a chip. This opens an input field in a pop-over.
While typing, search suggestions are offered to facilitate use.

5. Addition of the "Provider Currency" field in tables of several modules
To enable application users to filter/sort data according to the provider's original currency and facilitate multi-currency analyses, the "Provider Currency" field is added in the tables of the following financial modules:
- Addition of "Provider Currency line 1", "Provider Currency line 2" and "Provider Currency line 3" fields in the field library of the Asset Management module (Management)
- Addition of the "Provider Currency" field in the field library of the following modules:
Invoice list (Invoice)
Line items list (Invoice)
Contract management (Management)

Addition of the "Provider Currency" field in the tables of the following modules:
Product dimension disputes list (Invoice - Invoice control)
Profile dimension disputes list (Invoice - Invoice control)
Inventory dimension disputes list (Invoice - Invoice control)
Budget dimension disputes list (Invoice - Invoice control)
These new fields are included in the exports of tables that include them.
6. APIs :
- Development of the termination management action via SFR APIs: Termination of an SFR line becomes possible directly from the mytem360 tool.

Migration of SFR APIs: The back office now includes configuration of the new SFR offers to ensure API use on the new market.
