|Understand what's happening when the user kills Datalert App.|
Event: The user closes the App (swiping it up)
What is happening?
In "One Line | Degraded mode” the mobile communicates with the portal
- every 60 minutes in a domestic situation
- every 30 minutes in a roaming situation
What needs to be done?
If set, the user receives an email and/or a push notification asking him to restart Datalert App. When the user restarts the Datalert App, the normal Online mode is back and the App communicates with the portal every 15 minutes.
