When a device enrolls in Datalert, Datalert asks authorization for localization and nofifications.
In no circumstances Datalert is uses GPS or locate a device.
Datalert uses it only to detect that the device is moving significantly and that information allow Datalert to collect usage from the device at a higher pace and reduce the risk of overage (as it might be subject to a network change).
