-----
Good to know before we begin:
Android:
Prior to enrolling the device in Datalert, you must add the device in MaaS360 using USERS & DEVICES > Devices section. For Android, you must manually enter the phone number into MaaS360. The phone number is mandatory for enrollment in MaaS360.

Once the roaming is deactivated via MaaS360, the admin must reauthorize roaming from the Datalert portal prior to the user being able to reactivate it on their device. The admin cannot reactivate roaming on the device from the console, they can only reauthorize. The end-user action is required.
IOS:
Once the roaming is deactivated via MaaS360, the user can reactivate it manually in order to resume roaming without the admin taking action. The administrator can also reactivate roaming without the end-user needing to manually activate on their device.

Troubleshooting:
I cannot find the phone number in the Datalert module, although the line is present in MaaS360.
- You must sync the Datalert Module with MaasS360 server. Go to Settings / MDM configuration and Click on the « Sync MDM »
I just synced the MDM but the phone line is not present in Datalert.
- The line does not appear to be set in MaaS360. Just re-enroll the device by adding it first in the MaaS360 console
