Link your Workspace One platform to Datalert |

Before we start:
Android:
Prior to enrolling the device in Datalert, you must add the device in Workspace One using USERS & DEVICES > Devices section. For Android, you must manually enter the phone number into MaaS360. The phone number is mandatory for enrollment in Workspace One.

Once the roaming is deactivated via Workspace One, the admin must reauthorize roaming from the Datalert portal prior to the user being able to reactivate it on their device. The admin cannot reactivate roaming on the device from the console, they can only reauthorize. The end-user action is required.
IOS:
Once the roaming is deactivated via Workspace One, the user can reactivate it manually in order to resume roaming without the admin taking action. The administrator can also reactivate roaming without the end-user needing to manually activate on their device.

Required information:

1 - MDM server DNS or IP found in Settings/System/Advanced/API/REST API. For example asxxx.awmdm.com Remove the "https://" and the "/API". See screenshot below.
2 - API Key Auto generated by Airwatch. See screenshot below.
3 - Login/Password from an account with full admin rights. Need to be duplicated below.

Troubleshooting:
I cannot find the phone number in the Datalert module, although the line is present in Airwatch.
- You must sync the Datalert Module with Airwatch server. Go to Settings / MDM configuration and Click on the « Sync MDM »
I just synced the MDM but the phone line is not present in Datalert.
- The line does not appear to be set in Airwatch. Just re-enroll the device by adding it first in the Airwatch console
