What the end user should do if he switches device
If an end user needs to change his phone (new phone, temporary phone...) he wants to keep his current Datalert account with all data on his new device.
To do so he needs to follow this steps:
- Open Datalert on the new device
- Go to Settings / Enterprise Enrollment
- Select at the bottom of the screen: "Enroll new device"
- Tap your email into the box and submit
- Check email for message from Datalert and tap the link
- Follow, depending on your device,
