Domestic cost management

Datalert is now managing overage costs for domestic usage. It can be seen on the portal and on the App.

On the App:

When the usage gets over the data limit of the plan, the App displays in the center of the meter the cost generated in real time.

                       

On the portal:

First, the domestic cost per MB can be now set into the plan settings:

NB: The overage price for the Extended Domestic Zone (if any) can be different.

In the dashboard

A new Domestic overage cost KPI is available

In the "Lines list" and the "Line page"

The domestic meter is now having a cost calculated and displayed. Eventually, the cost of the Extended Domestic Zone is calculated separately and displayed into the EDZ meter.

Compacted line list view

In order to display more lines on a single page, a compact view is now available. It can be activated with the 2 icons on the top right of the line page.

1. The first one is the detailed display
2. The second one is the compacted display

Here is the aspect of the compact display:

 Checked lines have now a light blue background to be seen more easily.

Per-App usage analytics (Android only)

The major feature of this release is the analytics per App. It is only available for Android devices. Apple makes impossible to any third party the access to that information on iOS devices.

Note: Accordingly to each country personal data protection regulation, this feature can be limited to display, at a user level, only details for the corporate Apps. Each customer can choose the detail level he wants to access to.

 "Apps" is now a choice of the top menu

On this page 3 vertical tabs are available:

	Global analytic per Apps Can see globally all App used in the company Can see the Top App Filters
	Analytic per App detailed per user/device Can see the App usage detail per user Filters
	Corporate / Personal App Managment Each enterprise can define which App is considered as Corporate.

 Global analytics per Apps

On this tab it is possible to see:

• A KPI with the number of Apps used in the company
• A KPI with the Android vs iOS usage split
• A KPI with the Corporate vs Personal usage split
  
  

The Top Apps used with associated volumes

Filters on the top of the page can be combined

• Filter Android / iOS
• Filter Corporate / Personal

 

 Each App icon is clickable to display the top user details of the App. with the network type split.

 

 Analytics per Apps detailed per user/device

 This tab displays the list of user/device with the top 3 Apps details in addition to the global usage per network type.

 

Again here, each icon can be clicked for the same full details.

Any user can be clicked to get the full Apps usage details. The information display (KPI, filters...) are the same as in the Global analytic per Apps page but at a user/line level.

Corporate / Personal App Managment

This page is dedicated to set the applications that need to in the Corporate Groupe of Apps. A simple switch allows changing the group of an App.

Miscellaneous

Immediate policy check-in after carrier/country change

After a line change of country, the App is now sending immediately information to the back end without waiting for the normal 15 minutes pace. So if the policy is to authorize no data usage in the country, the actions are taken straight away.

MDM synchronization management enhancement

MDM synchronization control, ensure that 2 synchronizations cannot occur at the same moment to avoid conflicts and data discrepancy.
